Erasmus+ KA210 – Small-scale Partnerships in Adult Education

DEMO is a European project under the Erasmus+ KA2 programme that explores the potential of digital innovation and sustainability in the music sector.
It involves local festivals and cultural operators from rural and semi-urban areas in a participatory process that connects cultural roots with the digital future.
Through training and cooperation activities, DEMO aims to strengthen the capacities of organisers, promote inclusion, and give greater visibility to Europe’s traditional and emerging music scenes.

The project aims to:

• Improve the skills and practices of cultural organizations;

• Promote digital and green transitions in the cultural sector;

• Strengthen European identity through music and cultural exchange;

• Support emerging artists and enhance accessibility of indie festivals to diverse audiences.

Its main outputs include:

• A digital platform promoting local and indie artists and festivals, innovating audience engagement and ticketing models.

• A scientific guidelines document and self-assessment toolkit for cultural operators and policymakers to support sustainable and digital transformation in the European cultural sector.
